Start here: the quick resets
1. Force stop and reopen. This clears stuck sessions and fixes most launch crashes.
2. Check your connection. Binding, verification, and dashboard sections all need the internet. Blank screens usually mean no signal, not a broken app.
3. Clear the app cache. Corrupted temporary data causes a surprising share of weird behavior. Your bound account survives a cache clear.
Install problems
4. Re-download the file. Parse errors mean an incomplete download. Confirm the fresh file is about 31.5 MB, then follow the clean install steps.
5. Remove conflicting copies. App not installed almost always means another copy with a different signature is present. Uninstall it first.
Account and verification problems
6. Fix the game ID. One wrong digit fails binding. Copy the UID from your game profile instead of typing it.
7. Slow down on codes. Request one verification code and wait a full minute. Rapid resends invalidate earlier codes; the verification guide covers this in depth.
Deeper issues
8. Free up storage. Under 500 MB free, Android starts killing background work the app depends on.
9. Reinstall as a last resort. Uninstall, reboot, install fresh from the official download page, and rebind. This resolves anything the lighter fixes cannot.
