Why verification exists
Verification proves the game ID you are binding actually belongs to you. It is a short step, usually a code or a confirmation tap, and it protects against typos as much as anything else.
Code not arriving: the checklist
First, wait a full minute. Delivery is rarely instant. Second, check your signal; weak connections delay everything downstream. Third, make sure the ID you bound is correct, because codes go nowhere useful when the ID is wrong. The binding guide shows how to double check it.
The resend trap
Requesting three codes in thirty seconds feels productive but each new code kills the previous one, so you end up chasing your tail. Request once, wait, then try again only if the first truly never arrives.
Code rejected at entry
Codes expire. If you waited too long, request a fresh one and enter it within a minute or two. Also confirm you are entering it in the right field; the bind screen and the verify screen look similar at a glance.
Still stuck?
Force stop the app, reopen, and restart the bind from the account section. A clean session fixes most stubborn verification loops, and the general troubleshooting guide covers the rest.
